Ian Oliver
Ian Oliver is the principal driver behind the establishment of the group with the development of Capital Self Storage in Queanbeyan New South Wales in the late 80’s. Ian is a qualified accountant (CPA) and has many years of personal investment experience along with his leadership of the Capital Holdings Group and its various entities. Ian has particular insight into Self Storage development and has played a key role in developing the group’s major assets. Ian was a founding member of the Self Storage Association of Australia and is also a founding member of the Self Storage Association in Asia.

Dallas Dogger
Dallas started in the property sector whilst working with Ian in his accounting practice in the ACT. A great partnership soon developed, and he has been responsible for the marketing and technology of the group’s assets, including the marketing and development of third-party Self Storage facilities created for investors. He heads up the Centreforce Technology Group, Australia’s largest specialist technology company for Self Storage operators, and has received multiple industry awards for technology and services. He is also a founding member and life member of the Self Storage Association of Australasia and a founding member of the Self Storage Association Asia.
He is considered a world authority on Self Storage technology and regularly speaks at the world’s largest Self Storage conference in Las Vegas.

Tom Jackson
Tom is a Director of Canberra Construction Recyclers Pty Ltd. He has a background in property with an ongoing involvement with recycling activities. Tom and his brother established in the past 2 decades 4 major recycling centres in Sydney, which have since been sold. He continues to have other industrial and residential investments.

Tom is a Director of Capital Holdings (Rouse Hill) Pty Ltd and supervises the Sydney joint venture property activities. He has a background in property with an ongoing involvement with recycling activities. Tom with his brother established in the past 2 decades 4 major recycling centres in Sydney which have been since been sold. He continues to have a significant interest in a major Canberra recycling centre together with other industrial and residential investments.
