The Crace Homestead is part of a more significant development in which Capital Holdings is an investor and part of the management team.
The property contains about 6,000m2 of buildings within approximately 90 acres of land which is a Commonwealth Crown Lease. The CSIRO previously leased the site and is still occupying some of the area until the end of 2024. The site is undergoing significant redevelopment with a range of uses being considered.
