The Gunghalin Homestead is part of a more significant development in which Capital Holdings is an investor and part of the management team.
The property contains about 6,000m2 of buildings within approximately 90 acres of land, a Commonwealth Crown Lease. The CSIRO previously leased the site and is still occupying some area until the end of 2024. The site is undergoing significant redevelopment, and a range of uses are being considered.
