Capital Self Storage grew from 1 site in Bass St Queanbeyan NSW to 4 sites with a site in Hume, Philip and Mitchell, ACT
Each site was selected as a growth opportunity and all sites were staged developments. Capital holdings also developed sites in Newcastle, Wollongong and Goulburn for third party investors, managing those site until unsold by investors. Capital holdings is a pioneer in the Self Storage industry and is a founding member of the Self Storage Association. Capital Holdings directors have held various senior positions in the SSAA including a term as a board member.
